The Mill Bakery produces special diet breads - Reduced Sodium, High
Fibre Wholemeal, Gluten Free, Vegetable Oestrogen, Yeast Free and Wheat
Free - and will gladly discuss and advise individual customers on their
requirements.
The bakery is noted for its Wedding Cakes and all kinds of
Celebration Cakes, as well as offering the largest range of
Speciality Breads in the area. Birthday and other themed cakes for
special occasions are produced to order and at Christmas a seasonal
fayre of traditional Christmas puddings, mince pies etc. is added to the
speciality lines.
To complement their delicious baked products, the bakery also has a
wide selection of fine teas and coffees, available at the Dereham shop.
