The Mill Bakery has been in business since 1645 and has been run by the present family for over 50 years.  Nestling in the shadow of the picturesque, original old corn mill at Swanton Morley near Dereham, Norfolk, the bakery now uses modern, high standard production methods to boast what is probably the largest product range in the area.

Operating two retail shops and supplying 100 shops, restaurants and pubs throughout central Norfolk means that bread, pies and cakes are freshly baked continuously, and delivered six days a week.  All the products are wrapped and appropriately labelled to meet today's consumer demands, whilst those containing nuts carry an additional printed declaration.

As Norfolk's only organic bakery, The Mill Bakery is proud of its 300 year old tradition of producing fine, hand made products on its original site in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, and now carries this prized reputation into the 21st Century.
